Die Zeiten der Autogrammstunden/Photo-Ops mit dem jeweiligen Stargast können einerseits der Website und den Social-Media-Kanälen und andererseits den ausgelegten Programmen vor Ort entnommen werden. ​Angekündigte Stargäste haben jederzeit die Möglichkeit, ihren Auftritt abzusagen; dies ist ärgerlich, aber in dem Business unvermeidbar. Sollte der Fall eintreffen, werden Autogramm- und Photo-Shoot-Tickets selbstverständlich erstattet. Ausgenommen davon sind jedoch Eintrittskarten jeglicher Art.

RÜCKGABERICHTLINIEN

• Alle Tickets sind bei Stattfinden der Veranstaltung vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Es gilt § 312 G Absatz 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
  
• Angekündigte Stargäste haben jederzeit die Möglichkeit, ihren Auftritt abzusagen; dies ist ärgerlich, aber in dem Business unvermeidbar. Sollte der Fall eintreffen, werden Autogramm- und Fototickets selbstverständlich erstattet.
• Vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen: Eintrittskarten jeglicher Art & Golden Tickets.
• Für die Besucher*innen gelten am Tag der Veranstaltung die zu dem Zeitpunkt des Events offiziell geltenden Vorgaben, Regeln und ggf. Corona-Maßnahmen. Eine Änderung der eben genannten Maßnahmen ist kein Stornierungsgrund.

Here you can find all additional tickets our star guests at our event "Proud Nerd - The Weekend of Ice & Fire" on 22 & 23 FEB 2025.

The times of the autograph sessions/photo ops with the respective star guest can be found on the website and social media channels on the one hand and on the programmes displayed on site on the other. This option is only available shortly before and on the day of the convention. Announcements and more can be found at www.proud-nerd.de

Announced star guests have the option to cancel their appearance at any time; this is annoying, but unavoidable in the business. Should this occur, autograph and photo shoot tickets will of course be refunded. However, this does not apply to regular tickets of any kind. You can find the return policy below.

RETURN POLICY

• ​​All tickets cannot be refunded if the event takes place. Section 312 G paragraph 2 no. 9 BGB applies.
• Announced star guests have the right to cancel their appearance at any time. This may be frustrating, but unavoidable in this business. In case of cancellation autographs and photo tickets will be refunded.
  
• Regular tickets and Golden Tickets are non-returnable.
• On the day of the event, visitors are subject to the official regulations, rules and, if necessary, corona measures in force at the time of the event. A change to the aforementioned measures is not a reason for cancellation.
