WICHTIGE HINWEISE ZUR VERANSTALTUNG

• Kinder unter 13 Jahren (Alter am Veranstaltungstag zählt) brauchen kein Ticket.  Achtung: es wird hier und da gruselig; Eltern tragen hier die Verantwortung und haften für Ihre Kinder.
• Menschen mit Schwerbehindertenausweis mit Vermerk "B" dürfen eine Begleitperson kostenfrei mitbringen. Dazu muss am Eingang unbedingt der Schwerbehindertenausweis und der Ausweis vorgezeigt werden. Danke für Euer Verständnis.

• Alle Tickets sind bei Stattfinden der Veranstaltung vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Es gilt § 312 G Absatz 2 Nr. 9 BGB. Dies gilt ebenfalls für nicht eingelöste Gratisautogramme/selfies, da diese nur Zusatzangebote ohne Einforderungsrecht sind.
• Ab sofort ist in den Convention (nicht Markt!) Eintrittskarten für "Samstag / Sonntag / Wochenende" die Möglichkeit inkludiert, von den Stargästen jeweils ein einfaches Autogramm und ein Selfie (wenn der Stargast Selfies anbietet - wenn nicht, kann dies nicht eingefordert werden) zu erhalten. Ausgenommen von dieser Regelung sind unsere Special Guests.  Das Selfie ist nur für eine Person plus Stargast gültig.  Die Eintrittskarten garantieren lediglich den Eintritt zum Event, alles weitere sind freiwillige Zusatzangebote unsererseits.
  
• Wir bitten hier dringend um einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander, damit so viele Fans wie möglich zum Zug kommen und sich alle wohlfühlen!
• Es wird weiterhin normale Autogramm-, Selfie- und Photo-Op-Tickets geben.
• Bei den Photo-Ops dürft Ihr eine Begleitung gratis mit aufs Bild nehmen. Kinder unter 13 Jahren sind generell zusätzlich bei den Photo-Ops erlaubt (es muss jedoch immer mindestens ein Ticket gekauft werden). Für die Besucher*innen gelten am Tag der Veranstaltung die zu dem Zeitpunkt des Events offiziell geltenden Vorgaben, Regeln und ggf. Corona-Maßnahmen. Eine Änderung der eben genannten Maßnahmen ist kein Stornierungsgrund.

EINTRITTSKARTEN

Cosplay Ball - Dieses Ticket gilt für BesucherInnen ab 13 Jahren.

Market - Ticket - Eintritt zum Markt und dem Außenbereich. Dies beinhaltet nicht die Burg und Säle, in denen Panels, Photo-Ops und mehr stattfinden. Ihr könnt im Nachhinein den Innenbereich dazubuchen.

Convention - Ticket - Eintritt zum Markt, dem Außen- und Innenbereich. Dies beinhaltet auch die Burg / das Museum, in denen Panels, Photo-Ops und mehr stattfinden. Ebenso beinhaltet das Convention - Ticket 1x Autogramm pro Stargast und 1x Selfie pro Stargast (Ausnahme: eventuelle Special Guests).

Convention - Ticket LIGHT - Eintritt zum Markt, dem Außen- und Innenbereich. Dies beinhaltet auch die Burg / das Museum, in denen Panels, Photo-Ops und mehr stattfinden. Es sind hier keine Gratis-Items enthalten!

ZUSATZKARTEN - gelten nur in Kombination mit einer gültigen Eintrittskarte!

Indoor - Ticket - Ihr habt Euch nur ein Marktticket gekauft, wollt aber doch in den Innenbereich? Dann kauft Euch dieses Ticket. Es inkludiert den Eintritt zum Innenbereich und ist nur gültig mit einem MARKET-Ticket! Gratis Autogramme und Selfies sind nicht inklusive. 

Upgrades Fastlane - Warteschlange? Nicht für Dich! Mit den Fastlane-Upgrades darfst Du an allen Wartenden ohne Fastlane-Ticket vorbeigehen. Die ID bekommst Du an der Rezeption/ am Eingang.

Aftershow-Party - Ticket - Das Ticket beinhaltet den Eintritt zur Aftershow-Party am Samstag. Achtung! Das Convention-Ticket oder Convention-Tickte light wird benötigt.

Archery Tournament - Das Bogenschieß-Turnier findet am 23.02.25 statt. ​Du suchst Dir Dein Team aus und spielst dann mit einem unserer Stargäste, die Captain der jeweiligen Teams sind, in einem Team von ca. 6 - 10 Leuten um die Ehre ;) Wir haften nicht für etwaige (Sach- oder Personen-) Schäden; die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko der jeweiligen Teilnehmer. Was ist inklusive?

• Das Turnier (mindestens eine Runde, evt mehr, wenn Dein Team weiterkommt - das Turnier dauert insgesamt mindestens 30 Minuten)
• ein Gruppenfoto Deines Teams inkl. des Stargastes
• Das Gewinnerteam erhält zudem noch eine kleine Überraschung!
  

Axe Throwing Tournament - Das Axtwurf-Turnier findet am 22.02.25 statt. ​Du suchst Dir Dein Team aus und spielst dann mit einem unserer Stargäste, die Captain der jeweiligen Teams sind, in einem Team von ca. 6 - 10 Leuten um die Ehre ;) Wir haften nicht für etwaige (Sach- oder Personen-) Schäden; die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko der jeweiligen Teilnehmer. Was ist inklusive?

• Das Turnier (mindestens eine Runde, evt mehr, wenn Dein Team weiterkommt - das Turnier dauert insgesamt mindestens 30 Minuten)

Then Proud Nerd Winter Festival is the right place for you, because its motto is “Legends & Tales”. The special location makes the event a fantastic experience for young and old.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THE EVENT

• Children under the age of 13 (age on the day of the event) do not need a ticket!
  
• People with a disability card marked "B" may bring an accompanying person free of charge. To do so, you must show your disability card and your ID at the entrance. Thank you for your understanding.
  
• The most important points of the ticket terms and conditions summarised - more at www.proud-nerd.de
• All tickets cannot be exchanged if the event takes place. Section 312 G paragraph 2 no. 9 BGB applies. This also applies to unredeemed free autographs/selfies, as these are only additional offers without the right to claim them.
• From now on, the convention (not market!) tickets for ‘Saturday / Sunday / Weekend’ include the possibility to receive a simple autograph and a selfie from the star guests (if the star guest offers selfies - if not, this cannot be claimed). Our special guests are exempt from this rule. The selfie is only valid for one person plus the star guest. The tickets only guarantee admission to the event, everything else is a voluntary additional offer on our part.
  We urge you to treat each other with respect so that as many fans as possible can enjoy themselves and everyone feels comfortable!
  Normal autograph, selfie and photo-op tickets will still be available.
• At the photo-ops you can take a companion into the picture free of charge. Children under the age of 13 are generally also allowed at the photo-ops (however, at least one ticket must always be purchased).
• On the day of the event, visitors are subject to the official guidelines, rules and any coronavirus measures in force at the time of the event.
• A change in the above-mentioned measures is not a reason for cancellation.

Market - Ticket - Access to the market area and all outdoor activities. This does not include the castle and halls where panels, photo-ops and more take place. You can book the indoor area later.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS - These are only valid in combination with a regular ticket.

Indoor - Ticket - ​Have you only bought a market ticket but still want to go inside? Then buy this ticket. It includes admission to the indoor area and is only valid with a MARKET ticket! Free autographs and selfies are not included.

Upgrades Fastlane - Queue? No problem. With the Fastlane upgrades you can walk past anyone waiting without a Fastlane card. Get your ID at the reception/ at the entrance.

Archery Tournament - ​Our archery tournament will take place on 23 Feb 2025. You choose your team and then play with one of our star guests, who are captains of the respective teams, in a team of approx. 6 - 10 people for the honour ;) We are not liable for any (material or personal) damage; participation is at the participant's own risk. What is included?

• The tournament (at least one round, possibly more if your team progresses - the tournament lasts at least 30 minutes in total)
• a group photo of your team including the star guest
• The winning team will also receive a small surprise!

RETURN POLICY

• ​​All tickets cannot be refunded if the event takes place. Section 312 G paragraph 2 no. 9 BGB applies.
• Announced star guests have the right to cancel their appearance at any time. This may be frustrating, but unavoidable in this business. In case of cancellation autographs and photo tickets will be refunded.
  
• Regular Tickets and Golden Tickets are non-returnable.
• On the day of the event, visitors are subject to the official regulations, rules and, if necessary, corona measures in force at the time of the event. A change to the aforementioned measures is not a reason for cancellation.
