• Alle Tickets sind bei Stattfinden der Veranstaltung vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Es gilt § 312 G Absatz 2 Nr. 9 BGB.

Headliner - Get your exclusive photo-Op or Autograph before anyone else! This ticket automatically gives you fastlane. You can also influence the event, bacause your support will make The Marvelous Event even more exklusive! If the Headliner costs more, your price stays the same! Should it be cheaper (the chance is small), you will be refunded the difference asap.

Photo-Op - A photo of you & the booked star guest, taken by a professional photographer and printed out directly on site. Can be redeemed on site on the day specified in the ticket.

Selfie - This includes a selfie with the star guest booked in the ticket and can be redeemed on site on the day specified in the ticket.

Autograph - This includes an autograph from the star guest booked in the ticket and can be redeemed on site on the day specified in the ticket.

RETURN POLICY

• ​​All tickets cannot be refunded if the event takes place. Section 312 G paragraph 2 no. 9 BGB applies.
• The tickets are linked to your name, but can be changed for a small fee if necessary. In the case of our tickets the names given in the query after purchase apply.
• Room occupancy can be changed once up to 8 weeks before the event (from single room to double room and vice versa).
• Announced star guests have the right to cancel their appearance at any time. This may be frustrating, but unavoidable in this business. In case of cancellation autographs and photo tickets will be refunded.
  
• Regular Tickets are non-returnable.
